In the lead-up to the re:publica conference, Andrea Römmele, Professor of Communication in Politics and Civil Society, talked to ZDF Morgenmagazin about how to engage young people in political activity. "We have a young, politicized generation. And we must not lose them [...] It is up to the established politicians to find formats where they can meet each other," Römmele said. "There must be signals of sincerity and trust."
