The opening of the academic year 2018/2019 marks a special occasion at the Hertie School, one in which we welcome not only incoming and returning students, but also usher in a new era for the school. Henrik Enderlein, Professor of Political Economy and former Associate Dean of the Hertie School, will take up his new role as President, and we will bid farewell to outgoing President Helmut K. Anheier, after his decade-long tenure. Join us to ring in the new academic year, and to celebrate the start of a new chapter of growth and development at the Hertie School.
