Sara Daub is a PhD researcher affiliated with the Centre for International Security. Her main research interests include the aid-conflict nexus and conflict dynamics in the Middle East and African context. Sara studied Political Science, Economics and International Studies at the University of Göttingen and Roskilde University. She holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies, specialised in Economics, from the University of Passau. In addition, Sara interned for the Advisory Program Governance and previously for the African Union Office in the area of peace and security of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
