Sinaida Hackmack is a PhD researcher at the Hertie School under the supervision of Prof. Johanna Mair. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin, a Master of Science in Management from HEC Paris and a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Freie Universität Berlin. Her PhD research focuses on new forms of interaction between city governments and sharing economy organisations in Europe. Furthermore, she is a project manager at the Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft, where she works on topics related to digitalisation, urbanisation, and education.
