Anne-Clémence Le Noan is a PhD researcher at the Hertie School under supervision of Prof. Lukas Graf. Her research focuses on the process of policymaking in education, with an emphasis on French and German policies targeting social inequalities. Prior to this, she taught French and Latin full-time in schools in Parisian suburbs with the progamme "Le choix de l’école". She has conducted research in the Central African Republic and Haïti and holds a dual Master’s Degree in Management and Public Policy from HEC Paris and Freie Universität Berlin.
