Harry McNeill Adams is a Research Associate on the LEVIATHAN project, working on various aspects of EU economic governance. He holds a master's degree in Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance, where he was a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court team that won the 2019 German National Championships. He has focused on social policy, with a particular interest in education policy. Harry's professional experience includes an internship in the Home Affairs and Social Policy team at RAND Europe, working as a Teaching Assistant for the Applied Economic Analysis course at the Hertie School, and three years as a Maths teacher in London, including two years in leadership positions, through the 'Teach First' programme. He holds a degree in History from the University of Cambridge.
