Maris Moks is a Doctoral Student and Research Associate to Professor Mark Dawson at the Hertie School of Governance. She is an Estonian lawyer with research interests in the legal dimension of European Union integration, European constitutional law, EU fundamental rights protection and European foreign policy. Maris is working on a comparative analysis of European constitutional courts' judgments in response to the euro crisis. She previously worked as an Associate of Legal Affairs and acting Manager of Legal Affairs at the Hertie School. She holds degrees from the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Free University of Berlin, Technische Universität Berlin and the University of Tartu.
