Cornelius Schaub is a strategy consultant, transformation facilitator, decision analyst and executive coach. He is Co-Founder and Director of the Decision Institute, a strategy consultancy focused on social impact, and Senior Expert at TheDive, a consultancy, think tank and network of experts for organisational innovation and transformation.
He has over fifteen years of experience in strategy development, (agile) organisational transformation, cultural change, leadership and decision advisory and executive coaching and training – working globally with corporations, scale-ups and organisations in the public and third sector.
Previously, he worked for The Boston Consulting Group and the OECD. He studied economics at the Humboldt-Universität Berlin and the London School of Economics and is an LSE-trained decision analyst. He is a certified systemic / organisational change consultant and coach (Prof Otto Scharmer (MIT), Prof Fritz Simon and Dr Gunther Schmidt (MeiHei)), Loop Approach Master Coach and member of the Adjunct Faculty at the Hertie School.
