Cornelius Schaub is a strategy consultant, facilitator, coach and decision analyst. He is the co-founder and CEO of the Decision Institute, a strategy consultancy focused on positive social change, and Head of Consulting and Business Development at PHINEO, a non-profit organisation strengthening social impact across sectors. He has fifteen years of experience in consulting, strategy development, market and (social) business development, stakeholder engagement, organisational change and impact assessment.
At the Decision Institute and PHINEO he is mainly responsible for initiatives in the areas of sustainability / CSR, shared value, corporate citizenship and social impact assessment. He has worked with large corporations, foundations and organisations in the public and third sector – in Germany and internationally.
Previously, he worked for The Boston Consulting Group and the OECD. He studied economics at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and the London School of Economics (LSE) and is an LSE-trained decision analyst. He is a certified systemic / organisational change consultant and coach (Prof Otto Scharmer (MIT), Prof Fritz Simon and Dr Gunther Schmidt (MeiHei)) and a member of the adjunct faculty at the Hertie School.
