Christin Skiera investigates how public administration can innovate by digitalisation, design and agility. As Research Associate to Gerhard Hammerschmid she is involved in the European Commission project Transforming into Open, Innovative and Collaborative Governments (TROPICO). Previously, she gained practical experience as Research Associate to the advisory board for research and innovation to the German Federal Government, the High-Tech-Forum. Before that, she worked for the Swedish innovation agency VINNOVA in Stockholm on regional development and innovation collaboration. She studied Public Policy and Administration as well as Scandinavian studies in Potsdam and Aarhus.
