Steffen Weitzdörfer is a systemic coach and attorney at law. His main fields of activity are conflict management, negotiation and leadership coaching. He has gathered valuable experience with clients in the governmental, non-governmental and private sectors, working in a variety of cultural contexts including Africa and East Asia. Beyond his own business, he is involved in international projects for Consultants without Borders.
Up until 2008 he worked as an attorney at law in the energy infrastructure sector, focussing on the regulation of gas pipelines and electricity nets. He read at Philipps-Universität Marburg, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and the University of Canterbury and was trained as a systemic coach at the IFW Munich.
