This four-year research project, led by Henrik Enderlein, entitled Sovereign debt and crisis management in areas of limited statehood: Bargaining vs. creditor litigation, is part of the collaborative research programme SFB 700 "Governance in areas of limited statehood". It is funded by a research grant from the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft DFG.
