Who can apply?

To qualify for this certificate programme candidates have to meet the following criteria:

  • Professionals at the mid to senior levels of their careers, including those holding positions such as Coordinator of People Management, or responsible for implementing and overseeing the execution of the people management programmes in the governments,
  • They have preferably five to ten years of work experience in the public sector,
  • They have completed a bachelors's degree – a master's degree or post-grad specialisation are desirable,
  • They are a national of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

Our selection criteria prioritse:

  1. Regional Representation: We highly encourage applications from individuals hailing from the North and Northeast regions of Brazil.
  2. 30% of the spots reserved for: Black people, Indigenous people, Quilombolas and Black Women.
