Conversations are unpredictable, owed to their nature as the quintessential form of human interaction. It is the interplay of individual action and reaction. A powerful key to understanding und piloting conversations is moderation. This course will enable participants to steer the course of a conversation, to involve all speakers in an even and just manner and to actively influence the course of a discussion.
This practical training course qualifies participants to actively lead discussions, to ensure that everybody is heard and that the discussion brings a mutual understanding of positions as well as “tangible” results.
