This skills training creates a bridge between bargaining and interest-based approaches to problem-solving and looks at how to negotiate for cooperation, identify rules for systemic co-operation and how to deal with conflicts as they arise. It provides participants with a toolkit for addressing these challenges as well as with the necessary social skills for leading international negotiations or resolving international conflicts.
Participants develop a deeper understanding of negotiation and conflict management, and they are able to identify their personal potential as well as their personal challenges.
