The course develops the perspectives and knowledge required for designing and implementing organizational strategies in governmental and non-governmental contexts.
Main learning objectives:
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
· Understand the purpose of strategic management in a governmental and non-governmental sector context
· Propose mission statements and strategies that channel the organisation's activities
· Use scanning methods to identify and quantify the root causes of problems to be addressed
