10-11 December 2020 | Executive training
The successful management of transformation and innovation projects – for example in the context of developing smart cities, managing the energy transformation or digitalisation – requires a complex mix of project management, process and ideation design, policy planning and strategy.
Typically, those involved in transformation and innovation projects need to manage complex stakeholder and policy environments and address a variety of technical, legal and organisational aspects that go beyond the traditional project management toolkit. The objective of this skills course is to look at the implementation challenges and practical questions surrounding these transformation processes. The course will discuss the challenges and approaches in designing and leading such projects and introduce key methodological concepts.
Working on current transformation case studies, this course will provide participants with an overview as well as hands-on experience of relevant methodologies and tools.
