In the modern workplace, projects are - in contrast to their, by definition, transient nature – regular elements on almost every leader’s schedule. Managing projects successfully requires a broad combination of skills, tools and techniques, given that different pitfalls and difficulties await the unprepared leader and his team at each major stage of the project management cycle.
In this Skills Training, participants acquire the basic elements of good, pro-active project management - from the initial planning stage to project completion and debriefing - and get hands-on experience as a group and as individuals in tailor-made exercises. The course conveys participants with a very practical tool-kit and equips them with practical skills needed in any position in which projects or programmes are managed, be they small or very large-scale.
