Tax coordination across borders

This project course will consider the policy problems that arise from taxation of income (both corporate and personal) across borders, what measures the international community are putting in place, what measures are most desirable from a policy perspective, and what measures are politically feasible. The instructor co-chairs a T-20 Task Force on the topic under the German government's G-20 Presidency, and currently debated measures will be the focus. There will also be input from staff at the OECD.

This course is for 1st year MPP students only.
