Angela Galeano Colonia has undergraduate degrees in anthropology and political science and is interested in scaling human-centered solutions through evidence-based policies. Before completing her Master of Public Policy, she worked for several years in policy analysis and project management at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the Colombian National Ministry of Education, the French Embassy and social impact start-ups in Bogota, Paris and Berlin. During her time at the Hertie School, Angela focused on impact evaluation, change management, digitalisation and public sector innovation. Simultaneously, she joined the School of Design Thinking at the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam to further explore the potential of digital transformation in creating public value.
