Christian Stärk holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Technology Studies from Technische Universität Berlin. He studied public policy at the Hertie School, where he specialised in the intersection of technological and social innovation in the public sector. Christian studied abroad at the University of Newcastle in Australia and the University of Southern California in the USA. He completed a Professional Year at the Policy Lab Digital, Work & Society in the German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, where he worked in the field of AI governance and digital social innovation. He gained further practical experience at the German Council for Sustainable Development, the Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa) and Scholz & Friends and was also a founder of youth initiatives in the field of sustainability and education.
