Ethan Webster specialised in foreign policy, finance and trade during his studies at the Hertie School. Prior to joining the Hertie School, he completed a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs at the George Washington University and spent one exchange semester at the University of Edinburgh and a second at the University of Freiburg. His professional experience includes interning for US congressman Pete Sessions who chaired the Rules Committee as well as completing internships at the ESCP Business School in Berlin and at the Scottish Parliament where he focused on land reform issues and multi-level governance.
