Felipe Orjuela specialised in climate policy and organisation and management and leadership during his studies at the Hertie School. Prior to joining the Hertie School, he completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Philosophy at the Universidad de los Andes. Alongside his studies, he worked on sustainable business development and climate and land-use policy as a Research Associate at Climate Focus. His professional experience includes working as a consultant at Compartamos con Colombia, focused on designing sustainability strategies for private companies and on management consulting projects for NGOs. Furthermore, he worked in the finance department of Procter & Gamble.
