Frederike Pross studied international affairs and specialised in financial regulation, fiscal governance and trade policy. Prior to joining the Hertie School, she completed a Bachelor of Arts in political science and cultural studies as a Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) scholar at the Leuphana University Lueneburg and spent a semester abroad at Aix-Marseille University in France. She has gained extensive work experience in the German Bundestag and the German Embassy London. Frederike was also selected to guide the French delegation during the G20 summit and worked for the European Commission. Alongside her studies, she worked for Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where she expanded her interest in digital innovation in the public sector.
