Lukas Knüsel specialised in climate and energy policy as well as policy analysis while studying public policy at the Hertie School and he is particularly interested in the sustainability-digitisation nexus. Currently, he is working for the German Energy Agency (dena) on start-ups and innovation. He previously gained professional experience at Capgemini in the field of public sector consulting. Additionally, Lukas worked in several digital start-ups. Prior to his studies at the Hertie School, Lukas completed a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Politics and Economics at Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen with an exchange semester at the Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA) in Bogotá.
