Maximilian Kupi specialised in public sector innovation and natural language processing during his studies at the Hertie School and his exchange semester at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore. Prior to joining the Hertie School, he worked for three years as an innovation consultant and human-centred design coach for public- and private-sector institutions. Maximilian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Bayreuth and spent a semester abroad at the University of Granada in Spain. During his time at the Hertie School, he interned at the Competence Centre Public IT at Fraunhofer FOKUS. Maximilian is continuing his research on agile methods in the public sector during his PhD at the Hertie School.
