Subiksha Natarajan specialised in gender, digital and development policy during her studies at the Hertie School. Prior to joining the Hertie School, she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Madras in India. Her professional experience includes driving insights and crafting recommendations for clients in the public and private sector as a Research Analyst at McKinsey & Company and designing events centred around behavioural science to tackle global policy challenges as a Project Assistant at Apolitical, a mission-led GovTech start-up. Furthermore, she worked as a Student Assistant with the Hertie School’s International Office and Student Life department and also led a student club focusing on enhancing access to menstrual health.
