Toma Pavlov specialised in policy analysis, climate and energy during his studies at the Hertie School. Prior to joining the Hertie School, he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the New York University Abu Dhabi and spent semesters abroad in New York and Berlin. His professional experience includes working as a policy consultant at an energy consultancy in Berlin, as well as completing an internship at the country strategy, results management and European Union affairs unit at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London.
