Victoria Chartier focused on and built her expertise in social policy, political science and social movements during her dual degree with the London School of Economics and Political Science in the UK, where she also obtained a Master of Public Administration. Prior to this, she spent three years working at APCO Worldwide, a global public affairs and communications agency, advising businesses, NGOs and governments in London. She has also worked with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to launch a new advocacy programme in Denmark. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Management from Durham University. Alongside her studies, she volunteers with a UK-based alliance to organise and empower cleaners to fight for their rights to decent work.
