Digital Leadership Scholarship

Digitalisation is undisputedly one of the main challenges of our time. Full of opportunities but also of pitfalls – this sweeping change is transforming political decision-making in ways complex and manifold. As public administration and regulatory bodies are slow to adapt, the ability to understand and shape this process is crucial for leaders and decision-makers across sectors and industries. The Digital Leadership Scholarship is intended for those who wish to acquire the tools necessary for analysing and responding to these challenges.

  • One full scholarship worth 36,500 euros (100% of tuition fees)

Who is it for?

Applicants with a demonstrated interest in digitalisation or related topics, either academically or professionally, and a minimum of three years of work experience who wish to pursue an executive degree in public administration.

How to apply

Interested applicants should submit a standard application for the Executive MPA programme and highlight their interest in the scholarship in their letter of motivation.

Applications need to be submitted before 1 June. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted after the deadline and interviewed by a faculty member of the Hertie School.
