Digitalisation is undisputedly one of the main challenges of our time. Full of opportunities but also of pitfalls – this sweeping change is transforming political decision-making in ways complex and manifold. As public administration and regulatory bodies are slow to adapt, the ability to understand and shape this process is crucial for leaders and decision-makers across sectors and industries. The Digital Leadership Scholarship is intended for those who wish to acquire the tools necessary for analysing and responding to these challenges.

- Up to two full scholarships are available, each worth 32,500 EUR
- Decisions are made on a rolling basis
Who is it for?
Applicants with a demonstrated interest in digitalisation or related topics, either academically or professionally, and a minimum of two years of work experience who wish to pursue an executive degree in public administration.
How to apply
Interested applicants should first submit a standard application for the Executive MPA programme and highlight their interest in the scholarship in their letter of motivation.
Applications need to be submitted before 15 August 2019. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted on a rolling basis and interviewed by a faculty member of the Hertie School.
