Executive MPA scholarships

Financial Aid

A limited number of partial tuition waivers (mostly 10-50% of the tuition fees) is available each year. All highly qualified and motivated candidates are invited to apply. Applications for financial aid are accepted as long as funds are available.

How to apply

Financial aid and scholarships are awarded in the form of tuition waivers ranging from 10% to 100% of tuition fees. The admission procedure is strictly "need-blind" and therefore based solely on the quality and coherence of the application. Scholarship and financial aid applications will only be considered by the selection committee in a second stage, in the case that the candidate has been admitted to the programme. The funds will be granted based on the quality of the application, the candidate's contribution to the diversity of the student body as well as the candidate's financial need.

To apply, candidates follow the standard application procedure using our online-application portal and fill out the "financial information" section in our Executive MPA application form. The following information is required:

  • The candidate elaborates on his/her motivation and why he/she considers himself/herself as the right candidate for one (or several) scholarship(s) and/or for financial aid (500 words maximum). Candidates may apply for more than one scholarship or financial aid programme. However, it is not possible to be granted more than one scholarship or financial aid offer.
  • The candidate provides details on his/her financial situation/need - please note that appropriate proof regarding the stated financial situation can be requested in the event a candidate is offered a tuition waiver (e.g. personal tax report or last three monthly income statements).

In view of the limited number of funds, candidates should seek alternative sources - external scholarships or loans - early and/or consider a modular entry into the Executive MPA programme by way of the Executive Seminars and Certificates. Learn more about financing options.
