Vladimir Bogoeski finished his PhD at the Hertie School in August 2020 and is now a Visiting Research Fellow at the Jacques Delors Centre. He holds degrees in law from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje and University of Bremen. His research was funded by the German Academic Merit Foundation (Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes), and he has previously held scholarships from the Hertie School, the German Bundestag (International Parliamentary Scholarship) as well as the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). Since 2013 he has been involved in different projects of the German Trade Unions Confederation (DGB) regarding European labour mobility. His PhD research was supervised by Prof. Christian Joerges focusing on the transformation of European and transnational labour law under the influence of globalisation and integration processes.
