Ruth Ditlmann, PhD, is a senior researcher at the Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin in the department of Migration, Integration and Transnationalization. Ruth has a diploma in psychology from the University of Constance. She received an M.A., M.S. and PhD in Social Psychology from Yale University. In 2014 she had a joint post-doctoral appointment at the Princeton Psychology Department and the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. Her research interests include ethnic conflict, immigration, political psychology and the intersection of psychology and public policy. She also has experience applying social psychology research to social problems ranging from peace-building in Israel to increasing recycling behavior in the United States.
