Christian Freudlsperger is Assistant Professor of Multilevel Politics at ETH Zurich, an affiliate research fellow at the Jacques Delors Centre, and a member of the research unit "Reconfiguring Europe". At ETH, he leads the Research Group on Multilevel Politics (MLP) and is the principal investigator of the two SNSF-funded projects "Joint implementation in the EU: Squaring the competence-control circle? (IMPLEMENT.EU)" and "Public Reinsurance in Multilevel Polities (EUROPE RE)". He holds degrees from the Hertie School, Sciences Po Paris, and Ludwig Maximilians University. He was a visiting researcher at the European University Institute in Florence and at the University of Ottawa. Previously, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Hertie School and ETH.
