Lukas Jerg is a PhD researcher at the Hertie School as well as at the Institute of Economic and Social Research (WSI). His PhD thesis, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Anke Hassel, focuses on questions of atypical employment and its effects on democratic attitudes of citizens. He holds degrees in public policy and administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and political science and law from the University of Muenster. Previously, he worked as a research assistant to Prof. Dr. Klaus Schubert at the Institute for Political Science of the University of Muenster.
