Katrin Krömer was head of HR and executive development at Deutsche Bahn AG from 2018 to 2022 and was thus responsible for professional training, performance, competence and talent management, succession planning, qualification and learning as well as employee surveys across the group, among other things. Previously, she was Chairwoman of the Management Board of DB JobService GmbH, a service company of Deutsche Bahn for advising and supporting group companies and employees in personnel change processes. From 2009 to 2015, she was managing director at the Federal Employment Agency in the Berlin-Brandenburg region, where she was responsible for human resources, finance and controlling as well as other shared service functions. In her previous position, Katrin Krömer worked for almost 10 years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, most recently as Associate Principal. There she supported her clients primarily in comprehensive transformation programmes to improve the performance of service processes and in corporate management. Katrin Krömer studied business administration and public administration. She is a member of the supervisory board of DB Services GmbH and a member of the executive committee of the German Association of Human Resources Managers.
