Melissa Rincón Granados has vast experience in international development cooperation, having worked with leading organizations in the field, including the German development agency GIZ in Berlin, the Konrad Adenauer-Stiftung in Rio de Janeiro, the KfW Development Bank in Frankfurt, and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Geneva. She holds a master’s degree in Latin American Studies from the Freie Universität Berlin and a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University of Göttingen. Fluent in English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese, Melissa brings a multilingual perspective to her work. At Executive Education, she designs customized programmes for diverse clients and manages grants, leveraging her extensive experience in international cooperation, project management, and capacity-building to advance impactful global initiatives. Melissa is particularly passionate about promoting gender equality and fostering sustainable solutions that contribute to positive social change.
