Dinah is a tech entrepreneur, consultant, and public policy professional with experience in organisational transformation and go-to-market strategies. Working as a consultant, she witnessed the failure of organisations to transform and adapt to change. She founded her company Themis out of the believe, that change needs everyone. Whether it’s 50, 500, or 5000 – the Themis change acceleration platform provides the tools to individually address and engage each employee. Themis detects what employees need, aligns them behind a shared purpose, and measures the impact for organisations. Prior to founding Themis, she worked for tech companies like GoFundMe, media outlets like Refinery29 and WDR, government, and non-profit organisations like GIZ.
She deeply cares about the impact that digitisation has on public administrations and their services for citizens. That’s why she initiated the non-profit School of Government & Technology - a digital space where public servants can get the skills and confidence they need to participate and drive the digitisation of government.
As a daughter of immigrants, she’s a relentless advocate for more diversity in tech.
