Lukas Schmid works as a research assistant at the Hertie School in Berlin. His research deals with the Open Social Innovation environment in Germany and the online discourse that has developed around two recent projects, WirVsVirus and UpdateDE. He graduated from Zeppelin University, Germany, with a BA in Politics and Public Administration, and is currently studying Management & Data Science at Leuphana University, Germany.
