Charlotte Traeger is Senior Research Associate to Johanna Mair focusing on how organisations tackle grand challenges. During her doctoral studies in organisation and human resource management at the ESCP Europe Berlin, Charlotte explored how processes and practices of nonprofit organisations enhance volunteer engagement in refugee help and environmental causes. She also served as the local coordinator of the MOONLITE project (European founded Erasmus and project) aimed at harnessing the potential of online learning for the social inclusion and employability of refugees and students in Europe. Prior to her academic engagement, she worked several years in multinational companies, such as Louis Vuitton, Coca-Cola and Beiersdorf.
