Clara Weinhardt is a Lecturer in International Relations at the Hertie School and a Non-Resident Fellow at the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPi). Her research focuses on global governance and international negotiations, with a focus on North-South relations in trade. She previously held positions as postdoctoral researcher at the Bremen International Graduate School of Social Sciences and at the University of St. Gallen. She has also been a Research Associate at GPPi’s Innovation in Development programme. She received a PhD fellowship from the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) and holds a PhD in International Relations (2013) from the University of Oxford.
