This course creates a bridge between bargaining and interest-based approaches to problem solving and looks at how to negotiate for cooperation, identify rules for systemic co-operation and how to deal with conflicts as they arise. It provides participants with a toolkit for addressing these challenges as well as with the necessary social skills for leading international negotiations or resolving international conflicts.
Participants develop a deeper understanding of negotiation and conflict management, and they are able to identify their personal potential as well as their personal challenges.
This course can also be completed as part of the Certificate programmes.
