Examining Deutsche Telekom's corporate culture

This detailed scientific study by the Hertie School and ESMT Berlin, commissioned by Deutsche Telekom, examines Deutsche Telekom’s corporate culture. The study was monitored by an independent expert panel which held its first meeting on September 1, 2016. The results of the study and its recommendations for action were ready by mid-2017. The goal of the project is to produce a white paper with findings on creating a culture that minimises the risk of law- and rule-breaking so that it can then also be used by other companies.
