Dr Svenja Falk is responsible for managing Accenture Research teams in the public sector and health care, as well as the geographic teams in 23 countries. She is on the Board of the Accenture Foundation Germany and responsible for its program “Skills to Succeed”. She has been responsible for building capabilities in six Asian and two Latin American countries and has lived and worked in India and Argentina. She has published seven books on politics and policy. She is the co-founder and editor of the Journal for Political consulting and Policy Advice and is part of the faculty at the Hertie School of Governance, Berlin. Her latest book “Digital Government: Leveraging Innovation to Improve Public Sector Performance and Outcomes for Citizens” is co-authored with Andrea Römmele (Hertie School of Governance) and Michael Silvermann (Columbia) and published by Springer (released January 2017).
