Mauricio Ramírez Arciniegas (he/they) has over six years of professional experience in international development and policy advisory. Mauricio completed their MPP, focusing on management and organisation. Mauricio is passionate about driving change, equality and inclusion through sustainable organisations. During their time at Hertie, he worked for the International Labour Organization coordinating a systematic review of interventions to tackle youth unemployment worldwide Before coming to Berlin, he worked as an Advisor for the Deputy Ministry of Housing in Colombia, as a Senior Economist for the Colombian Chamber of Infrastructure and as a Research Assistant for Fedesarrollo. Mauricio also holds a Master of Arts in Economics as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
