A two-day conference bringing together Brazilian and European leaders at the Hertie School in Berlin to discuss the future of Brazilian policies.
Brazil will face presidential elections at the end of 2022, so this is a crucial moment to promote discussions on the country’s future and impact its policy agenda. Brazil Summit Europe is designed to foster discussions and the exchange of experiences between political leaders, entrepreneurs, civil society actors, and academics from Brazil and abroad.
What can we learn from each other? How can we enhance cooperation? What are the underlying opportunities to explore and the challenges to be aware of? By inviting panelists and participants to discuss the current state of Brazilian public affairs, the event will provide a platform for debate from a national and international perspective, addressing topics related to economics, digitalisation, sustainability, health, democracy, and more.
The Summit is a public event open to external participants, as well as to members of the Hertie School community. Live interpretation in English and Portuguese will be available and participation is possible both onsite and online.
