The four training modules will have a strong practical focus and will allow participants to gain both essential skills related to human rights advocacy and didactic and instructional skills, empowering them to grow as civil society leaders, as well as trainers who transfer skills and knowledge to additional audiences.
Participants commit to actively participating in the four 5-day training sessions offered as part of the Train-the-trainer Programme, and to engaging their organisation and their networks in an effort to build new networks and connections within the programme.
