Andrea Luczak holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science with a major in political science and sociology from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. At the Hertie School, she specialised in management and organisation, with a focus on social policy and public sector governance. Andrea is especially interested in the future of work. She completed a Professional Year at the German Federal Ministry of Defence, where she gained valuable insights into ministerial decision-making processes as well as process management and change management. Her professional experience further ranges from working for a Member of the German Bundestag, to public relations and interest representation on matters related to migration and integration. Andrea holds a scholarship from the Evangelisches Studienwerk Villigst.
