Matthias Zeller is an expert in the area of digital regulatory policy with a specialisation in corporate governance. Before his studies at the Hertie School he completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy – both from the University of Mannheim where he started focusing scientifically on the intersection of business, ethics and politics. He gained professional experience at the European Parliament, the Deutsche Börse Group, Accenture and from his time as an active party politician. Matthias received scholarships from the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung as well as the Hertie School Fellowship and was active as a political consultant during his studies in Berlin.
